"Fraudulent Debit Card Activity" Phishing Scam

We have received a report from a member indicating that he received an email claiming to be from us informing him that there was fraudulent activity on his debit card account on July 12. The email instructed the member to call a phone number in the 818 area code to address the situation. The phone number had already been disconnected when the member called.
